About the Space
**Please include any decorating/setup and teardown/cleanup time in your booking window** Event space for any occasion right in the heart of Antique Row in Downtown Tacoma! This event space has multiple levels starting with the main level, which has a bar like feel. This level has a pool table, a foosball table, cornhole, dartboard with darts and a bathroom, fridge and microwave. There is also a wall mounted fireplace, a more traditional style electric floor fireplace, a bluetooth compatible soundbar and sub a projector with projector screen and a laser party light. The next level down is a black and white checkered floor with a wall of mirrors on a mezzanine looking out towards a ceiling of vintage chandeliers. On the same level there is also a oversized carpeted living room area with a couch and loveseat and a second projector and second soundbar with sub. *Please note we charge a separate refundable security deposit of $400. Payment for this is due prior to checking into the venue for your event and can be paid via PayPal, Cashapp or Venmo.*

Health and Safety Measures
We hire professional cleaners that come into the venue after each and every event to thoroughly clean and sanitize the space. This includes a wipe down of all surface with anti-bacterial spray, a thorough bathroom cleaning/sanitizing, sweeping/vacuuming/mopping of all floors.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
