We have space for 5-25 cars depending on the event.

Studio furniture may be moved within the studio. DO NOT “drag” any furniture as it will cause damage. Please note that a lot of the furniture older and, while durable, we request that you handle it with care. No standing or climbing on furniture. ​If additional time is desired during the rental duration, the client must book this via the online booking portal, inclusive of fee, pending Studio availability. Studio equipment and props will be provided in the cost of the hourly rate. If equipment is damage during session time, it is the clients job to notify the lessor immediately. Please park along the side of the driveway or the front of the studio or in front of the farm house depending on the area you have rented to keep a clear path for other vehicles. Damages to the space, furniture or equipment in any way will result in a damage fee. Client shall inspect and notify Lessor immediately of any damage in the Studio at the start of the rental. No smoking inside the studio and/or on the farm property. Rental time starts and ends at reservation time. This includes any and all setup and clean-up. Extensive overage fees shall apply. Stay within the space rented and do not wander or try to open any other doors or gates. When renting the barn area, please be aware there are live animals. Stay alert and be aware of your surroundings. Please keep the gate to the barn area closed at all times. Do not aggravate or entice animals and keep an eye on all small children. Minors must be chaperoned at all times. Be sure all exterior doors and gates are locked upon completion of your reservation No pets allowed unless previously given special approval. Pets must be leashed and chaperoned at all times. We kindly ask that they remain off of furniture and are cleaned up after if anything is left behind. All small and/or hard to clean material i.e. confetti/ sand/ body glitter or oil/ glitter/ smoke bombs/ etc. are prohibited. Damage fees apply. No food, or alcohol allowed unless previously given special approval.
