Our studio provides a tranquil sanctuary amidst the bustling city surroundings. Despite being located on a busy street, the carefully crafted design ensures a peaceful environment within. Shielded from external disturbances, including neighboring noise and passing traffic, our studio offers a serene atmosphere conducive to focused creativity. Rest assured, your sessions will unfold undisturbed, allowing you to immerse yourself fully in your work.

Our studio offers straightforward equipment loading with a street-level entrance and a spacious front door. You can easily bring in your gear without dealing with stairs or tight spaces, simplifying the setup process for your projects.

Clean As You Go: Please tidy up after yourself during your session and before you leave. This ensures the studio remains in top condition for the next renter. No pets, snow, confetti or glitter. There is a $250.00 cleaning fee for these items. Respect the Equipment: Treat all equipment with care and follow any instructions provided for its use. Report any damages or malfunctions immediately. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the studio and within a designated perimeter outside. This helps maintain a clean and odor-free environment for everyone. Food and Drink Policy: While light snacks and beverages are allowed, please refrain from bringing messy or staining food items into the studio. Keep all eating and drinking areas tidy and clean up any spills promptly. Dispose of Waste Properly: Use designated trash bins for disposing of any waste or recyclables. Do not leave garbage or unwanted items behind in the studio. Respect Noise Levels: Be mindful of noise levels to maintain a professional and respectful atmosphere for all users. Keep music or other audio at a reasonable volume and avoid disruptive behavior. Time Management: Please adhere to your scheduled rental time to avoid inconvenience for other renters. Late fees may apply for exceeding your booked time slot without prior arrangement. By following these house rules, you contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all studio users. Thank you for your cooperation!

Feel free to rearrange furniture and decorations to suit your needs during your session in our studio. We encourage creativity and flexibility in utilizing the space to best fit your vision. However, we kindly request that you return everything to its original placement before departing. This ensures that the studio remains welcoming and ready for the next renter to enjoy.
