The yard is available for video and photo shoots. Filming and commercials too. An extra large hot tub that can be heated and used. The pool and hot tub have lights at night. Hot tubs can have colorful lights. There is also a putting green for golf breaks or filming. There is a Shade, lounge chairs, and 10-person tables and chairs. No parties.

This is an outdoor space. Tables and chairs will be cleaned between bookings but expect productions to pick up after themselves.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
