Approximately 75 parking spaces plus 2 designated handicap spots. We have a convenient drop off lane with ramped walkways into the building in two spots out front.

The individual whose name is on the form is identified as the responsible person on-site during the rental event. Rentals do not include the use of any equipment, additional rooms, or kitchen facilities unless agreed to as part of the rental contract. Available equipment and services vary by room - please see the User Fees Schedule chart for pricing and fees. Our Rental Hall with Woodland View’s musical instruments (organ, piano) may not be used without the prior permission of Our Rental Hall with Woodland View. Quality of Space - (user fees do not include custodial care; we encourage you to arrange for your setup and breakdown. See the User Fees Schedule for optional setup/breakdown fees.) The space and all the facilities must be left in the condition in which they were found. Furnishings may not be moved from one room to another. All kitchen counters must be cleaned; dishes and utensils must be washed and dried. Barrels in the kitchen and event space are designated for trash and garbage. Bins in the kitchen are labeled for recycling (glass, plastic, and non-food cardboard). We appreciate your help in disposing of items in the appropriate bin. The dishwasher may only be used with prior permission from Our Rental Hall with Woodland View. Caterers or Applicants are expected to supply linens. The kitchen facilities may only be used for warming, preparing, and distributing food. The stove and oven may not be used for the cooking of food unless by a licensed caterer. All leftover foods and beverages must be removed from the building at the end of the event. No rice, confetti, or birdseed may be thrown in the building. Only birdseed, natural flower petals, or biodegradable confetti may be thrown outside the building. Please do not leave doors propped open. Parking is available but limited at Our Rental Hall with Woodland View. We ask that handicapped spots be left for those needing them and that no cars be parked in the fire lane in front of the building. The use of Marijuana is legal in Massachusetts only for use in a private home. Therefore, the use of cannabis in any form is not permitted on church property. Smoking is allowed only within 5 yards of the designated smoking post located in the courtyard out front. Smoking outside the designated zone and/or trash found not properly disposed of will result in a fine of $500 per incident. Our church is in a residential neighborhood. Loud music and other noise that disturbs our neighbors is prohibited. The room temperature for your rental space has been set in advance and should be adequate. If there is a need to change the temperature setting, please find the CCC representative on hand for your event. Failure to do so and adjusting the temperature will result in a $250 charge. If the renter desires a Police detail, it must be procured and paid for by the Applicant, with payment directly paid to Peabody police. Our Rental Hall with Woodland View’s address is not to be used as the billing address.
