About the Space
Host your next event in our spacious, airy 2,000 square foot space with concrete plastered walls and warm wood furniture. Guests flow between a flexible range of standing and seating options, mingling around a central hightop counter, dining at round tables, or settling on low-slung sofas for drinks and conversation. Sound system included. Events we've hosted include photoshoots, networking events, and parties. We’re available for partial and full buyout, with a maximum capacity of 70 people. Weekday Partial or Full Buyout (M-TH) after 4PM - $150/hour Weekend Full Buyout (F-SUN) after 4PM - $200/hour (no weekend partial buyout) Weekday Full Buyout (M-TH) before 4PM - $3,000 Weekend Full Buyout (F-SUN) before 4PM - $4,000

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

This was the perfect location for our shoot and Yanni was so easy to work with. The interior was exactly like the photos and we took advantage of the gorgeous afternoon lighting. All the staff was great to work with and so accomodating to our crew. The coffee was great too to enjoy while we worked. We would definitely shoot her again.
