To maintain a clean and professional environment, please follow these steps after using the studio: Gather Supplies: Ensure you have all necessary cleaning supplies, including disinfectant wipes, all-purpose cleaner, trash bags, a vacuum or broom, and paper towels. Clear the Area: Remove all personal items and equipment you brought into the studio. Dispose of any trash, including food wrappers, drink containers, and other waste, in the provided trash bins. Wipe Down Surfaces: Use disinfectant wipes or an all-purpose cleaner to thoroughly wipe down all surfaces, including tables, chairs, and countertops. Pay special attention to high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and microphone stands. Clean Equipment: Gently clean the studio equipment you used, including cameras, lighting, and microphones. Use appropriate cleaning products to avoid damage. Floors: Sweep or vacuum the floors to remove any debris, dust, or dirt. Mop the floor if necessary, especially if there were any spills. Bathrooms and Changing Rooms: Ensure the bathrooms and changing rooms are clean and tidy. Empty trash bins, wipe down sinks, and ensure toilets are flushed and clean. Refill any supplies, such as toilet paper and hand soap, if depleted. Rearrange Furniture: Return any moved furniture or equipment to its original place. Ensure the studio setup matches the initial configuration when you arrived. Final Check: Conduct a final walkthrough to ensure no areas have been missed. Turn off all lights and equipment. Lock the studio door securely as you leave. Following this cleaning process helps ensure the studio remains in pristine condition for all clients. Thank you for your cooperation!

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
