Our 1900 square foot storefront is conveniently located in the adorable and safe neighborhood of Magnolia Park in Burbank, close to Warner Brothers, Disney, CBS Radford and within close walking distance to countless vintage shops and the famed Porto's Bakery. The vibe is 1970's Havana meets the American west. With over 1500 square feet of open usable floor space, warm tones, leather furniture and 78 linear feet of depth, it's an ideal location for filming documentary style interviews or photo shoots that may call for long lenses. Our 10"x10" industrial rusted metal elephant door allows for easy load-in and makes a wonderful backdrop. Available light streams in from windows in both the front and the rear of the building but can also be blacked out if necessary. Creamy beige walls provide a blank canvas for simple set-ups while our triple arch set up will frame out subjects and provide texture to the background. Perfect for shoots that require a dressing rooms or for subjects who appear to be shopping. An adorable retro kitchenette is useful for crafty or as an additional set option. Luxurious blush/ beige curtains and sheers hang in the front window and accent peach toned brick architectural features. Earthy tones throughout make the space feel warm and organic. After dark or with windows blacked out, use our integrated color LEDs throughout the space to create a vibrant, club vibe.
