The Blue Room offers a bright, polished setup with a working desk, lounge seating, Wi-Fi, natural light, and private load-in access through the Aaron Street lot. Amenities include access to lounge areas, wardrobe racks, kitchen access (available on request), restrooms, and parking (first-come, first-serve in our Main Lot). Ideal for editorial shoots, casting sessions, digital content, social media campaigns, podcast visuals, and small-scale video productions. Located in the heart of Silver Lake, minutes from Echo Park, Los Feliz, and Downtown LA. Overtime: Standard booking window = 8 hours Overtime after 8 hours = 1.5× hourly rate Overtime after 12 hours = 2× hourly rate

Cleanliness is a priority. Space is cleaned and sanitized prior and after each booking for the safety of the guests and our staff. Please note, the cyclorama wall is repainted upon request, so please make sure to inquire at least 24 hours prior to booking.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
