Great detail has been put into place regarding the plants and landscape of our location. Shoot as is, or tweak and move things around to fit your taste. Unlimited creative potential is yours! Please note that a headcount of 30+ will incur an additional fee for the site rep that ranges from $400-$550. POOL CAN BE HEATED FOR A FEE (NEED 48 HOUR NOTICE) This space includes: - Outdoor Swimming Pool - Back Yard - Front Yard - Street access for easy load-in / out - Ample parking options (Paid) - The listed cleaning fee is the site rep fee. WE DO NOT CHARGE to clean. The site rep fee could increase based on headcount/productions over 12 hours. - WE DO NOT HAVE ANY LIGHTING EQUIPMENT ON SITE TO USE OR RENT. Please bring what you need. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
