There is parking a lot the building side with the Pepsi mural, ample street parking and a parking lot behind the building.

The front of the space is our "natural light shooting area" with white curtains covering the windows so noone can see inside.

We are a store front but you cannot hear others often.

Ground Floor

Front doors are double doors that both can be opened.

We do have cameras in the studio space and record 24/7. The space must be left cleaned up exactly how you found it, mirrors and furniture in the lifestyle set up may not be moved. If anything is left and not cleaned up there will be a $100 cleaning fee. If you plan to use the chairs and tables in anyway, you will need to make your booking under the event rate If anything comes up broken, stolen, or missing you will be held responsible for the cost of that and if you refuse further action will be taken. No animals in the studio. No smoking or vaping in the studio. No moving furniture or decorations. No smoke machines allowed. No guns or weapons allowed in the studio. Do not change the temperature in the studio. Ac/Heat will be set appropriately prior to your appointment time. No grace period is given before or after your booking time. You may enter the studio at your booking time and be cleaned up and finished at the end of your booking time. Light Refreshments are provided in the mini fridge and are available for your consumption. Please empty all liquids and dispose of trash in the trash cans provided. Any hard-to-clean props (i.e., fine glitter, confetti poppers, cake smashes, body paint, alcohol, pizza, etc) require prior approval. Appointment times are not flexible. We have cameras and we track the exact time you enter and leave the studio. If you come in early or stay late, you will be charged for the extra time.
