Full production studio on street level for ease of access, in downtown DC near Dupont Circle on a quiet street. Full studio gear on-site including professional lighting, stands, multiple set options, green screen, black/white/grey backdrops, and much more. Our team can assist with your production or simply provide access to the space for you to have complete creative control. Fast wifi, free parking, and complete sound and light control in the space. Audio recording booth for podcast recording and smaller set with two fireplaces, natural brick, clean white walls, bookshelves, full kitchen and bathroom. In the back, a makeup and waiting room will ensure your talent has a place to get ready. Load equipment in the back alley via two free parking spaces.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
