Our home has been recently renovated to bring in the natural light with an open floor plan between the kitchen, living room and exterior atmosphere. Located 2.6 miles from I-5, 1.5 miles from 73 and nestled between rolling hills. It captures beautifully in photos & videos with a clean, bright, and modern ambiance. Our home features a variety of rooms, including three bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, and two living areas, each with a fireplace. Our backyard has a variety of scene opportunities from a 12 person table, to a fire pit surrounded by couches, to a green synthetic green run - a good place to create multiple scenes. All furniture must be put back exactly the way it was upon arrival. Notify us if there are any spills or damages. Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
