IDEATION ROOM | ABOUT THIS SPACE (EVENTS) Welcome to Hype Studios, a creative meeting and event facility in Silver Lake, Los Angeles. The Ideation Room offers a compact setting for small, conversation-led gatherings within Stage B. It is suited to intimate workshops, brand briefings, and hosted discussions where guests can engage directly with the presenter and each other. The room measures approximately 204 square feet, or 12 × 17 feet. Guest count, furniture, and event format must be confirmed together so the setup works comfortably within the available space. Available upon request for an additional fee: • Tables, chairs, and workshop materials, subject to available floor space • Whiteboard, monitor, or compact presentation equipment • Coffee, refreshments, catering, and snack boards • Event support staff and technical assistance • Stage B event space or private office add-ons All additional services, equipment, and spaces are subject to availability and advance confirmation. BOOKING INFORMATION • Standard booking hours: 8 AM–6 PM. • Four-hour weekday minimum; six-hour weekend minimum. • Early morning, evening, and weekend bookings are available by approval at adjusted rates. • All booked time includes arrival, setup, breakdown, load-out, and departure. • Additional time requires availability and approval; overtime charges may apply. • Shared on-site parking is first-come, first-served and is not exclusive to your booking. • Share your guest count, layout, schedule, catering requirements, and alcohol plans before booking. • Alcohol and amplified sound require prior written approval; security, cleaning, deposits, and permits may apply. • Furniture, AV, catering, staffing, and additional rooms are quoted separately unless included in your booking. • Guest capacity must be confirmed for your specific layout; standing, workshop, and dining configurations have different space needs. • This listing covers the Ideation Room only. The open Stage B event floor and private offices are separate. • Discuss sound levels, guest arrival, and shared-area use before booking; this room is within a working facility. WHY HYPE STUDIOS?
