About the Space
Our ranch-style home has 2,525 sq ft of living space and long driveway. The backyard has artificial grass and is perfect for pets and children with its fenced-in yard. The neighborhood is beautiful and can be used to do print work, commercials, film/TV productions, documentaries, etc. We are in the industry of TV/film production and would love to be able to share our space with more projects in this field. The driveway can fit several production trucks. Street has ample space for honey wagons, trailers, trucks, etc. Closets in master bedroom will not be available for use and garage. We hire a 3rd party professional cleaning company before and after every reservation to ensure everything gets disinfected and cleaned.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
