Our 18x16' cyc wall offers an ideal solution to your next creative production, outfitted with four 300w RGB easily customizable lanterns and a comfortable and stylish lounge space for crew. Whether you're looking for a space to let creative juices flow on a fashion shoot, or film your next commercial, this space offers an efficient and imaginative blank slate. Our space offers plenty of free parking, additional gear rental options, and 12' roll-up door load in. Just minutes from beautiful beaches, our neighborhood offers great breweries, good food, and no lack of chill vibes from the locals.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
