There is ample parking available directly on the premises. This includes spaces that are conveniently located close to the businesses within the center.

House Rules: Event Hours: All events must conclude by 10 PM to respect our neighbors. Setup and cleanup time should be included in your booking hours. Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels at a reasonable volume. Amplified music or performances should be kept within city regulations to avoid disturbances. Alcohol: No selling of alcohol is allowed unless you have the appropriate permits. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the venue. A designated smoking area is available outside. Decorations: Decorations are allowed but must be removed without leaving damage. No nails, screws, or adhesives that will damage the walls. Cleanup: The space should be left in the condition it was found. All trash must be collected, and any spills should be cleaned immediately. A cleaning fee may be applied if additional cleaning is required. Capacity: Please adhere to the maximum capacity limit of guests for safety reasons. Parking: Guests should use designated parking areas and respect all parking signs and regulations. Accessibility: Ensure that all pathways and exits remain clear and accessible at all times. Damages: Any damages to the space or its contents will be charged to the event organizer. Please report any issues immediately. Respect: We expect all guests to treat the space and our neighbors with respect. Any disruptive behavior may result in the early termination of your event without a refund.
