About the Space
This third floor space, overlooking the adjacent park and Mineral Well Plaza, is perfect for smaller conferences, business meetings, receptions, smaller parties, etc. The adjacent third-floor roof deck provides a delightful place to have a cocktail while watching the sunset over the trees. Elevator accessible. For larger gatherings, shown under the Event Listing, there is the wide open, double height main floor with a dramatic entry stair, perfect for life events of all types: weddings, quinceaños, business receptions, memorial services, fundraisers, birthdays, conferences, etc. A catering kitchen is available on this floor.

Just had my baby shower at this venue and it was amazing and a hit. Everything went as planned and Rahmat set everything up how we planned and took into consideration how I envisioned it being set and turning out. Would highly recommend this venue for booing events

The space was beautiful, all the tables were set up as we requested, and having the warming kitchen and ice machine available were a huge plus. Rahmat was very easy to work with during event planning, and he was very helpful for all of our changing needs throughout the party. We would definitely book that space again.

This space is a perfect blank canvas for an event and it's great to be able to bring in your own preferred vendors. We hosted our organization's holiday party here for 100+ guests which was a murder mystery dinner with full bar and catering. Rahmat was very helpful answering all of my questions and was onsite during our event. He resolved a few very small issues quickly and efficiently. I can tell that delivering good customer service is very important to the entire team at Wellspring and they truly want their clients to have a great experience. I have already referred them to some other non-profits in Arlington and would rent their venue again.

This was the perfect venue for my 50th Bday celebration. Both Kevin and Rahmat were very responsive and helpful from the very beginning and super quick to respond (to all of my questions :) We truly enjoyed the ample space! We used only the main floor and the stage area on the basement floor for the live band, which we were able to watch from the stadium seating below and from the balcony on the main floor. We were able to bring in our own decorations, catering service, bar service, and as mentioned above, live music. I've always loved the building and made the right choice having our event here. We will definitely book again!
