1. No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises. 2. Guest Limit: Ensure that the number of guests does not exceed the agreed limit. 3. Quiet Hours: Maintain quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect the neighbors. 4. No Unauthorized Parties: All events must be approved in advance. Unauthorized parties or gatherings are not allowed. 5. Alcohol Policy: Alcohol consumption is allowed, but guests must be of legal drinking age. Excessive drinking and rowdy behavior will not be tolerated. 6. Pool and Jacuzzi Use: Use the pool and Jacuzzi responsibly. No glass containers in the pool area. Children must be supervised at all times. 7. Clean Up: Guests are responsible for leaving the space in the same condition as they found it. 8. Damage: Any damage to the property or its contents must be reported immediately. 9. Parking: Use the driveway for parking. Do not block neighbor driveways or park on the lawn. 10. Decorations: If decorating, please do not use tape, nails, or other items that could damage walls or surfaces. 11. Furniture: Do not move furniture without prior approval. If moved, please return it to its original location before leaving. 12. Check-In/Check-Out: Adhere to the agreed check-in and check-out times unless otherwise arranged. 13. Waste Disposal: Dispose of all trash in the designated bins. Recycling is encouraged. 14. Fire Safety: No open flames, candles, or fireworks are allowed on the property.
