About the Space
Available for movies, TV shows, videos, etc. Rooms can be set up for different scenes. So far 4 movie productions have been completed at The Facen Estate. I am flexible with meeting needs and requirements. It's quiet and peaceful. You will think you're in a different place upon arrival. It's only myself and one neighbor down my quarter-of-a-mile driveway. The previous productions were very satisfied with seclusion and now traffic and very little surrounding noises outside of birds.

The Property is lived in. Cleaning is daily. However with bookings and with what is required . Property will have deep Cleaning before use and after professionally.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
