Fresh paint available to add on. ****** This is a 16x14 corner cyc wall (20' across, corner-to-corner). It's pre-lit with 6 Aperture LEDs, and full RGB color control via an iPad (yes, this lighting is included in rentals). There is a pipe grid that can accommodate additional lighting if you choose (120V outlets). Small makeup and changing areas are available for talent. A convenient garage door for load-in is located straight off the freight elevator. The cyc floor paint is refreshed as needed, it is presented with reasonable cleanliness, but a few marks and general wear are inevitable. If you prefer a fresh coat of paint no other client has stepped foot on, you may include a painting service in Add-Ons. I am a small, independently owned business and happy to facilitate my space for other creatives. This is my personal workspace (not primarily a rental house) so I remain onsite during rentals, usually working in my office and available for questions. Your rental starts at the rental time, I cannot accommodate arrivals earlier than 10 mins. Instructions for building entry will be sent to you after booking is confirmed. The Peerspace calendar is typically updated 30 days in advance, but requires approval before booking is confirmed. Please inquire about availability for rentals 30+ days out. Conveniently located near local equipment rental houses (Shelter Studios, West Photo), as well as The Quarry shopping center and Rosedale Mall. Please request 48+ hours in advance. Requests sent under 48 hours are unlikely to be fulfilled due to my schedule. Thank you!

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
