About the Space

This centrally located art space has two large gallery spaces on the second floor. The rotating art exhibitions add a special cultural component to all events and media shoots. The gallery has been in Wicker Park since 1997 and acts as a community hub/third space that hosts holistic arts programming. Thursday- Sunday, 1-6 pm are weekly gallery hours, inviting the public to view art and shop our small vintage shop. This hidden gem is great for birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, dance parties, workshops, and film/ photoshoots. There is a baby grand piano and a disco ball on the ceiling in the front gallery, perfect for dance parties. The rental includes a huge outdoor back deck with art murals next to the Damen Blue Line platform. There is a small kitchen with a fridge and a stove to prepare food. We also have two 8-foot tables and 70 chairs that can be used complimentary for events.

The space will be cleaned and ready for events. At the end of the event, please return the space to its original condition, including putting away tables and chairs.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
