About the Space
We are located in a safe tucked away area with ample parking off the 880 freeway, 3 minutes from the Marina Village Shopping Center and 8 minutes from the Oakland airport. The Main Area of our studio measures about 2000 sq. ft which includes wi-fi, 3 phase 200-amp power, cyclorama wall measured at 20'x25'x18', 9' backdrops in various colors, a sofa, a conference table w/ outlets, 6 chairs, 20' ceilings, 10' x 14' drive-in roll up door, and 2 bathrooms. The following rooms could be rented separately for $150/day: Lounge Area: Snacks & Refreshments, mini fridge, microwave, and toaster, a plush sofa for extra seating & a workspace with 6 stools overlooking the main studio area, and air condition. Hair & Makeup Room: 2 makeup stations, changing area with full-size mirror, steamer, clothing rack, and air condition.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
