Cleaning Tasks:
General Cleaning (Daily or After Each Use):
Empty all ashtrays and trash cans. Replace liners if necessary.
Wipe down all surfaces: Bar top, counters, tables, chairs, and stools. Focus on areas with spills or fingerprints.
Clean all glasses and barware: Wash with hot soapy water or run through the dishwasher (if dishwasher safe).
Sweep and mop the floors: Remove any crumbs, debris, or sticky spots.
Dust all surfaces: Light fixtures, shelves, decorations, and electronics.
Wipe down doorknobs and light switches.
Empty and clean the refrigerator (if available): Remove any expired food or beverages. Wipe down shelves and spills.
Deep Cleaning (Weekly or Bi-weekly):
Vacuum all furniture upholstery.
Clean the microwave (if available): Wipe down inside and outside with a damp cloth.
Clean the sink and faucet.
Mop the floors thoroughly.
Pre-Guest Booking (Additional Tasks):
Restock all supplies: Paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, napkins, cups, straws, etc.
Ensure proper ventilation: Open windows or turn on air conditioning/heating to create a comfortable environment.
Light a scented candle or air freshener (optional): Create a pleasant atmosphere.
Test all equipment: Ensure TVs, karaoke machine (if applicable), and any other entertainment options are working properly.
Review house rules with any bartenders or hookah staff (if applicable): Ensure they understand cleaning expectations and proper disposal of associated materials.
