About the Space
RENT SPACE: FLEX Our studio has 2 rooms. Flex is our multi-purpose community room. It is 1300sf of open space. POP-UP SHOPS SPECIAL EVENTS, TALKS PRESENTATIONS TRAININGS CLASSES RETREATS WORKSHOPS FILM + PHOTOSHOOTS AND ALL OTHER COOL + FUNKY EVENTS. Pricing varies based on usage. Rates start at $75/hour or $500/day (8 hour day) for light use. For catered events, parties, filming and photoshoots, typically run $125/hr. please enquire. The space comes with our sound system, 40 chairs and 4 banquet tables. We have a projector and yoga props for hire. We are a very near ZERO WASTE facility. We encourage everyone to reduce their use of disposable coffee cups and to-go containers! Please bring your own travel mugs and non-disposable necessities while at our studio.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
