Whether you are an event host, you have a podcast or you're looking for state-of-the-art recording equipment to do voice recordings, this space is for you. Made affordable so you can create freely without breaking the bank. Please Respect the space so others can enjoy at the same affordable price. This rental can include for an additional cost: 360 spin booth for event space rental. State of the arts podcast recording equipment. (See Pictures) State of the arts microphones for voice recording using XLR to USB-C connector for easy Mac/PC/Iphone/android connection. Speaker *Bluetooth The entire Space is yours to use during your rental hours. 2nd Floor Podcast section can be broken down for full Event/Party Rental. Photo ID is required for Equipment rental, and must be submitted before rental.

Unit space will be clean in between rental hours, so it is important you stick to your rental hours.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
