Modern Warehouse-Style Production Facility If you’re looking for a modern warehouse-style space designed specifically for production, this facility delivers a clean, industrial environment with flexibility built in. Every area maintains a cohesive warehouse aesthetic while allowing you to configure the space around your shoot. Main Production Area: The heart of the facility is a large open warehouse space with a 25-foot dome roof, creating strong vertical depth and visual scale on camera. The layout is intentionally flexible — boxing rings, heavy bags, and equipment can be installed, repositioned, or fully removed depending on your production needs. This area can be used for authentic boxing-related content or transformed into an open warehouse set. Boxing Ring Options: 20 ft x 20 ft ring (approximately 3 ft high) 16 ft x 16 ft ring (approximately 3 ft high) *You may use one ring, both rings, or clear the floor entirely. We can provide black or white canvases with no logos for a neutral look. The space includes excellent lighting control, a newly installed truss system to support production lighting, and brand-new electrical systems. A scissor lift is available if needed. Training Area The training section maintains the same modern warehouse feel and includes: -Cardio equipment -Free weights and strength equipment -Turf lane -MMA mats This area works well for authentic gym visuals or can be staged as needed. Recovery & Support Spaces We have a climate-controlled, well-lit recovery center that can be used for: -Hair and makeup -Wardrobe -Talent holding -Additional filming There are also separate men’s and women’s restrooms, each equipped with: -Lockers -Showers -Large saunas Outdoor & Access An outdoor space with a large turf area can be used for filming or for loading and unloading equipment. The main entrance includes a 20-foot gate for access, and there is a loading/parking area that can accommodate two large trucks.
