The space features studio lighting with RGB lights, spotlights, a projector, and a fog machine. The windows are fully covered, but an outdoor set is available for natural light shoots.

The space is in a quiet countryside location, far from city noise and not on a busy street. It's in a peaceful ranch area with distant neighbors, and there’s no noise from appliances or AC.

Ground Floor

The space is on the first floor with no stairs or elevators. You can park just a few feet from the studio for easy loading and unloading of equipment.

The space is equipped with both 110v and high-voltage 220v outlets, distributed throughout the studio and clearly marked. The circuit breaker is easily accessible, located just a few feet from the studio.

PLEASE READ ALL IMPORTANT STUDIO RULES PRIOR TO BOOKING! By booking this studio, you agree to adhere to the following rules. Failure to comply may result in the early termination of your booking without a refund. Additionally, violation of the rules and property damage may incur additional fines. PROHIBITED: No food or drinks on cyc wall No smoking in the building. Alcohol is not allowed Pets allowed with prior approval No pornography Do not disturb neighbors; loud music is not allowed. No Loitering! Or $100 CLEANING FEE !! Prohibited items include feathers, glitter, confetti, sand, paint, aerosol spray cans, fireworks, smoke machines, weapons, and any small particles that are difficult to clean. A damage fee will be charged if set is left with glitter, flowers, or other small particles on them. PROPERTY AND FURNITURE DAMAGES: You are responsible for leaving the studio in the exact condition it was prior to your booking. The studio will be inspected before and after your booking period. Any damages to the property or furniture will result in charges billed via Peerspace. OVERTIME FEE: No free overtime is permitted. To avoid overtime charges, please ensure that all crew, guests, and equipment are outside of the room by the end of the booking period. Overtime fees will be charged at 2 times the hourly rate in 30-minute increments. CANCELLATION POLICY: Guests may cancel their bookings 7 days before the event start time and receive a full refund (including all fees) of the booking price. Guests may cancel their booking within 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding fees) of the booking price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the event start time are non-refundable. Security cameras and recording devices There is security cameras inside the space that will be used only if necessary when Peerspace asks for proof of tootage. Such as: damages, late departures, guest count confirmation, and safety concerns.
