Our cleaning process adheres to COVID-19 standards to ensure a safe environment. Cleaning staff wear PPE, including masks and gloves. High-touch surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, and equipment are disinfected with EPA-approved disinfectants. The area is ventilated before and during cleaning. Surfaces are first cleaned with soap and water, then disinfected. Cleaning tools are disinfected before and after use, and disposable materials are properly discarded. Staff practice thorough hand hygiene before and after cleaning. A cleaning log is maintained to ensure thorough coverage and compliance.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
