A tastefully decorated, quintessentially English thatched cottage with low beamed ceilings, flagstone floors, and 3 fireplaces that sits in a well-established, vibrant garden with a stream running through it. The cottage which is located in the picturesque village of Marsh Gibbon in Oxfordshire is Grade 2 listed and approximately 500 years old. It was originally built as 3 cottages and one of these was the local store and post office. The downstairs area of the cottage has 2 reception areas, and a large dining room and kitchen. The cottage can accommodate up to 12 people for a meeting in the dining area with break away space in the reception areas. The large garden, which has been well designed and is consequently in bloom for most of the year, could easily accommodate a marquee for any type of meeting for up to 30 people.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
