About the Space
Our studio is a great spot with natural light, white brick walls, concrete floors, seamless backdrops, and a versatile modular shooting area. It is the ideal setting for your upcoming video or photoshoot. The studio features a white brick industrial corner that can be blocked off with a black curtain. The seamless wall is great for headshots and portraits of 1-2 people. The white brick studio walls and windows can be covered with a black curtain to increase soundproofing for audio recording when shooting in the space. It's a small but mighty studio, perfect for 1-2 person interviews, podcast talks, pre-recording online presentations, or hosting presentations with solid wifi and teleprompter support. Please make a note of the following information: - There are bathrooms available on the floor and a large common area that can be used as a client waiting space. - The building has a free on-site parking lot, loading dock, ramp, carts, and a large elevator. Our studio's furniture inventory includes: - 2x 4x8 rolling walls set up with soundproofing on one side and oversized pegboard on the other side. - 2x sweeps (white, black) - 1x Rolling TV - 1x 3x3 square bar-height table - 2x stools - 2x directors' chairs - 2x rolling combo stands - 2x C-stands with arms

Surfaces are cleaned before each new guest, trash is taken out after each session, and cleaning supplies/ hand sanitizer are available in the studio. We ensure the studio is cleaned between bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
