About the Space

Welcome to our Artist Clubhouse, a creative haven housed in Toluca Lake. The entire first floor of the property includes a large circular library, a tucked-away work lounge, and a lobby. The Second floor has a photography studio, dance studio, podcast room, and two wellness rooms with red-light therapy, cold plunge, infrared sauna, and a vibro-acoustic massage bed. Our space is designed for private parties, team meetings & retreats, film shoots, and workshops for around 15-60 people.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
