The "Loft" is situated on the south side of Columbus within The Fort building, a former Seagrave factory established in 1892, known for its 19th-century ladder and fire truck production. This 1,947 sq ft space is ideal for photography, e-commerce, and videography. It's perfect for natural light shoots with its four large windows. Renters will need to bring their own lighting equipment as it is not provided. The Loft features hardwood finished floors, white-painted brick, exposed beams and rafters, and west-facing windows. It includes a 15x18 L-shaped CYC wall, ideal for fashion, e-commerce, and product photography. Separate shooting bays with multiple seamless paper options for backgrounds are also available. Located on the second floor, the Loft and bathroom are accessible via a one flight of stairs OR a freight elevator for easy loading of gear, products, and wardrobe. There is ample free on-site parking. Blackout options are available for more controlled lighting. Additionally, a staff member will be onsite throughout your rental to assist with any needs.
