General Rules

House Rules Welcome to our space! To ensure a pleasant and safe environment for everyone, please adhere to the following house rules: 1. **No Smoking Indoors**: Smoking is not permitted inside the premises. You are welcome to smoke outdoors but please dispose of cigarette butts safely and responsibly. 2. **420 Friendly**: As per Arizona laws, cannabis use is allowed in designated areas outdoors. Please consume responsibly and dispose of any waste properly. 3. **Respect for All**: We are a LGBTQ+ friendly and POC LGBTQ+ owned and managed space. Discrimination or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. 4. **No Illegal Activities**: Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your booking without a refund and potential notification of authorities. 5. **Noise Levels**: Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during late hours, to respect our neighbors and other guests. 6. **Cleanliness**: Keep the space clean and tidy. Dispose of trash in designated bins and leave the space as you found it. 7. **Furniture and Equipment**: Treat all furniture and equipment with care. Any damages or breakages must be reported immediately. You may rearrange furniture but please return everything to its original place before you leave. 8. **Pets**: Pets are allowed only with prior approval. If pets are permitted, please ensure they are supervised and any mess is cleaned up. 9. **Safety**: Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the premises. Report any safety hazards immediately. 10. **Guests**: Only the number of guests agreed upon during booking is allowed. Any additional guests must be approved in advance. 11. **Parking**: Use designated parking areas only. Do not block driveways or other vehicles. 12. **Emergency Contacts**: Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and contact information provided upon arrival. Dispose of trash in the designated bins and avoid leaving personal items scattered around. 2. **Kitchen Use**: - **Cooking and Dining**: Clean up immediately after cooking or dining. Wash, dry, and put away any dishes, utensils, and cookware you use. - **Appliances**: Wipe down countertops and appliances after use, ensuring they are free of food residues. 3. **Bathrooms**: - **General Use**: After using the bathroom, please ensure the sink, shower, and toilet are left clean for the next person. - **Towels**: Hang towels to dry and place used towels in the designated laundry basket. 4. **Bedrooms**: - **Linen**: If your stay is longer, fresh linens will be provided. Please strip the bed of used linens and place them in the designated laundry basket. - **Personal Belongings**: Keep your personal belongings organized and avoid leaving them in common areas. 5. **Trash Disposal**: - **Inside**: Use the provided trash bins for disposing of waste. Ensure bins are not overflowing and tie up trash bags before disposing of them. - **Outside**: Place tied trash bags in the outdoor trash containers. 6. **Spills and Stains**: In case of spills or stains, clean them up immediately to prevent damage. Cleaning supplies are available in the kitchen for your convenience. 7. **Final Check**: - **Before Leaving**: Please do a quick final check of the space to ensure it is left tidy. This includes washing any remaining dishes, disposing of trash, and ensuring all furniture is returned to its original place. - **Keys and Gate Opener**: Leave keys and the gate opener in the designated place as instructed. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and welcoming environment for everyone.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
