About the Space
Located off of a main road in an apartment complex. There is a variety of outdoor seating options, most of them covered. Inside the shop are multiple seating areas, mismatched furniture. There's a soft seating area with a couch and chairs as well as multiple tables throughout. All furniture can be moved as needed. We are a full specialty coffee bar with all related equipment. We are connected to an art studio with a private party room. The coffee shop could be used for things like video/photo shoots (including coffee/drinks, if needed), bridal/baby showers, meetings, small events.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has additional space outdoors

This coffee shop was absolutely perfect for our son’s 2nd birthday party. Plenty of room, the ambiance of the coffee shop was an ongoing conversation. The owner Melanie, was fantastic helping us with extra tables and any of our other needs. I highly recommend this place, as we will be back for sure!
