Wall-mounted backdrops are included in your booking at no extra charge. You are welcome to use any backdrop currently installed on the wall. If you’d like to use a different backdrop from our available selection, the swap fee is $25. Please request it at least 5 days before your booking — last-minute requests cannot be accommodated. ⚠️ Please do not attempt to swap backdrops yourself. Unauthorized backdrop changes will result in a $380 penalty. All equipment mounted on stands is included in your booking at no additional cost — lights, modifiers, and other gear are yours to use during your session. - Backdrops are FREE if you are shooting portraits and don’t roll out the backdrop on a floor, don’t step on it or damage it. But if the backdrop got damaged anyways (wrinkled, stained, ripped, bent, etc.) - $20.00 rate. - One sweep (up to 6 ft on the floor) of the backdrop during the shoot that we had to cut. damaged a portion of the backdrop: left footprints, ripped, wrinkled, stained, scratched it, etc. - flat $20.00 fee. - Several sweeps (more than 6 ft on the floor) of backdrop, had to be cut the backdrop multiple times. In such a case the client has to pay $40. If you'd like to buy the whole backdrop or damage the whole roll – it’s $80.

I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. The space is cleaned after booking. When entering the premises, guests must wear shoe covers or replaceable clean shoes.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
