We got lots of different color paper backdrops at the location, - Backdrops are FREE if you are shooting portraits and don’t roll out the backdrop on a floor, don’t step on it or damage it. But if the backdrop got damaged anyways (wrinkled, stained, ripped, bent, etc.) - $20.00 rate. - One sweep (up to 6 ft on the floor) of the backdrop during the shoot that we had to cut. damaged a portion of the backdrop: left footprints, ripped, wrinkled, stained, scratched it, etc. - flat $20.00 fee. - Several sweeps (more than 6 ft on the floor) of backdrop, had to be cut the backdrop multiple times. In such a case the client has to pay $40. If you'd like to buy the whole backdrop or damage the whole roll – it’s $80.

-All booking start and end times are inclusive of set-up and clean-up time. Please take that into consideration when you make the booking. (To avoid extra fees please enter the space at the prescribed starting time and vacate the space 5 min before the end of your booking time) -No smoking, vaporizers, smoke/fog machine in the building. Penalty Fee $200 -No guns, drugs on the premises. Penalty Fee $300 -No Drinking Alcohol on the premises. Penalty Fee $100 -No confetti/glitter/moss/petals/feathers/paint splashes/smashed glass/smashed cake/fake snow/sand/soil/candle wax in the space. Penalty Fee $200 -No standing on the furniture with shoes on. Fee $100 -No cutting paper backdrops by yourself. Penalty Fee $20 -No tape of any kind on the walls -No Bulky Garbage. Bulky Items Disposal Fee $200. -No animals. -For damage or destruction of decorative furniture or equipment - a full refund from the tenant -Cancellation/rescheduling is possible only until 5 days before the booking date, but you can reschedule.
