Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We take pride in maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for all our guests. Our cleaning process includes the following steps: Thorough Cleaning: After each booking, the entire loft is thoroughly cleaned. This includes vacuuming and mopping all floors, dusting surfaces, and wiping down all furniture. Sanitization: High-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, countertops, and bathroom fixtures are disinfected using EPA-approved cleaning products to ensure a high level of sanitation. Linen and Towels: All linens and towels are replaced with fresh, professionally laundered items before each new booking. Kitchen and Bathroom: The kitchen and bathroom areas are given special attention. All appliances, sinks, and countertops are cleaned and sanitized. Toiletries and cleaning supplies are restocked as needed. Trash Removal: All trash bins are emptied, and new liners are placed. We ensure the disposal of waste in accordance with local regulations. Air Quality: The space is aired out between bookings to ensure good ventilation and a fresh environment for incoming guests. Inspection: A final inspection is conducted to ensure that everything is in order and meets our high standards before the next guests arrive. Our goal is to provide a clean and comfortable space for you to enjoy. If you have any special cleaning requests or concerns, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
