Our South End Studio in Boston is in the heart of the South End of Boston. White-washed brick interior, 1100 square feet, open layout great for photography. Furniture includes 1 round glass table, 1 rectangular glass coffee table, 1 6' desk, 1 love seat, 3 armchairs, 4 dining chairs, and 6 office chairs. Photography equipment includes various seamlesses (53", 86", 107"), Neewer Bi-Color Video LED 2-Light Kit with Stands, and a series of faux surface backdrops (23"x23", 30x40"). Kitchenette with a water cooler, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, Nespresso machine and Sodastream. Bathroom access with key fob.

- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Leah was an amazing host! I had a last minute request to film in the space due to our original location falling through at the last minute, and Leah got right back to me, answering all of my questions, and offering to be on hand if our crew needed additional support while we were navigating the location. I couldn’t have asked for a better or kinder person who helped put me at ease during what was a stressful time. I’ll definitely be looking to book Leah’s space again in the future if our team is ever back in the area!
