About the Space

The Space is a unique art venue that hosts regular art exhibits, open-mic nights, music and dance performances and wellness events. The Space is located on a second floor of a building in the heart of a charmingly vibrant suburban business district that has an eclectic mix of shops and superb restaurants. There is an artistic vibe, as a result of being run by an artist, art classes and meditation classes and art exhibits being held regularly. The first comment people make upon entering is how good it feels. Its a 1000 square foot large open room with indirect natural light and 14 foot tall ceilings. You enter into the large open space and it feels inviting and open to possibilities. The far corner hosts a comfy seating area with upscale furniture, sofa, and natural plants making it an inviting area to gather and have great conversation. Another corner of the room has a large communal gathering table. A counter area next to the table has a refrigerator, hot water kettle, toaster oven, coffee machine and plenty of space to put out snacks and food. The counter area serves as a divider for the far corner office area. The main area is large and spacious and fits 60 people comfortably. Please note this space is a second floor location in a building that does NOT have an elevator. There are 2 flights of stairs to get to the Space.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

The host is responsible for cleaning up after their event. That includes clean up of utensils and plates or any additional eating and drinking materials brought in from outside, general clean up of surfaces, sweeping up of floors, and repositioning of furniture if it has been moved around. A more thorough cleaning of floors and surfaces are provided by the owner after an event by a cleaning service.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
