This quaint boutique is located in the historic district of Upper Marlboro, MD. It is perfect for small celebrations of 2-20 people, book clubs, business meetings, or pop-up shops. The boutique has a front retail space and a furnished meeting space in the back. We offer assistance in setup and small group catering services. There is not a full kitchen or prep area but there is a refrigerator and microwave. It is suggested to bring disposable items. It is beautifully decorated. WiFi and private bathrooms are available.

Client will be responsible for ensuring that any all furniture is back in its original place when the event is over. We provide cleaning spray and paper towels to wipe down any areas that have been used. A vaccum and broom is provided to get any debris off of the floor. A security deposit of $150 is due at the time of booking in addition to the hourly rental rate. The $150 will be returned if the event space is left in a clean and orderly condition.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
