About the Space

Please send an inquiry with a description of your project, not a booking request. Film and Video productions (as opposed to still photography) have an additional fee of +$150/hour (i.e. $175/hr (base) + $150/hr (film surcharge)) = $325/hr for film and video projects. This surcharge is due to heavier footprint, wear & tear, and EQ associated with these shoots. Additional costs: - 1x $750 Site Rep Fee - 1x $250 Cleaning Fee These two fees have been combined and are reflected in the listed cleaning fee. We require all bookings to put down a Security Deposit (5x hourly fee). This Security Deposit will be returned to your account within 5-10 business days assuming no damages occurred during your shoot. The hourly base rate increases as your headcount increases. Someone from our team will be on-site with you for the duration of the shoot to orient you in the space and also to verify that all rules are followed. We have a 10-hour minimum for all locations. If you book for 6 hours, you will be charged for 10 hours. You must let us know if your schedule shifts for any circumstance. The safest way to plan to avoid overages like OT is to schedule yourself for the full 10 hours even if you do not anticipate needing the full amount of time. Events and large-impact network/commercial filming will require a customized fee schedule. We do not accommodate discounts and cannot be flexible with minimum hours. Payment Policy: All location fees and the security deposit are due ahead of your shoot start time. Supplies: All productions are responsible for bringing their own supplies (e.g., toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags) and for removing all garbage after the project has wrapped. Content Policy: Our content policy prohibits nudity, sexual content, violence, blood/gore, anti-religious imagery, etc. If you are unsure whether your project complies with this policy, please inquire directly. Violations of the content policy may result in your shoot being interrupted or shut down, along with the forfeiture of your security deposit. With its vintage decor and ample holding areas, this location offers a unique backdrop for your project, transporting you back to the vibrant era of neon lights and big hair. We manage several locations in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens and have an extended amount of experience in production. When you book one of our spaces, you'll be connected to an on-site representative who will be with you throughout your production to orient you in the space. A certificate of insurance is required for all productions. Upon booking this location, it is required to sign a Location Agreement. No one will be permitted on set until this Agreement is signed. No nudity whatsoever. Heavy Equipment can’t be plugged into the location’s power network. Crews should be aware that the location runs on normal household power circulation and that they would need to arrange for an external power generator if they have any heavy EQ. The Location is not a professional ‘soundstage studio’. Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
