This bright, production-friendly mid-century home offers a variety of indoor and outdoor looks in one convenient location. The single-story layout makes it easy for crews to move between spaces, with multiple shootable rooms, abundant natural light, and a private backyard with pool. Inside, the home features an open, light-filled living and dining area, full kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and additional spaces that can be used for filming, holding, wardrobe, hair and makeup, or equipment staging. The décor is warm and contemporary with mid-century character, providing a great starting point for interviews, commercials, lifestyle shoots, branded content, film and television, and still photography. The backyard offers several additional looks, including a swimming pool, patio and lounge areas, mature landscaping, and plenty of room for outdoor shooting. The pool is approximately 9 feet deep at its deepest point and is ideal for underwater filming. Pool heating is available as an add-on with advance notice. We welcome professional productions and understand what crews need to have a smooth shoot. The host is a longtime television producer and is comfortable working with production teams, equipment, furniture moves, load-in/load-out, and the normal realities of a working set. We’re happy to help with reasonable requests before and during your shoot. The home is located on a quiet residential street in Encino with convenient access from the 101 and 405 freeways.
