Our building holds a religious space and rooms that are approx. 7,000 square feet. Must see space! Perfect location for many scenes in your movie/project! Maximum occupancy is 170 standing in our social hall/meeting room (Blum Hall) and 84 dining in Blum Hall. The location offers the following spaces for rent: 20 car parking lot, kosher-style kitchen, social hall (Blum Hall), outdoor courtyard, libraries, lobby, and seven classrooms. Some backdoors look like old apartment doors or run-down office doors. All classrooms can be rented mid-week for a school looking for a new home. Blum Hall can be rented on a once-a-week or once-a-month basis for groups such as AA or grief support. We will also rent this space for small weddings, parties, and funerals. We will offer a discount on 8-hour rentals. Film crews filming at our space will get 10 free parking spaces and will be charged $5 per car after that.
