The space is suitable for productions looking for domestic, outdoor patio, and/or apartment locations. The space includes two fully functional edit bays, a kitchenette, patio, and lounge space---making for an ideal post production space. Comes with 93” x 8’ screen, 4K video projector, and speaker for screenings. Productions should supply their own lighting equipment. Weekly and daily rates open for discussion. A VERSATILE SPACE FOR CREATIVE WORK: Complete with a mix of historical details and modern touches, this stunning, historical two-floor studio can be used for all types of creative work. The downstairs is perfect for music and play rehearsals, photo shoots, dance and theater classes and more. The upstairs, which features two fully functional edit bays, along with a kitchenette, patio, and lounge space, makes for an ideal production or co-working space. Please note, the bathroom is on the second floor so the space is not fully accessible to those with certain mobility issues.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
