Comes equipped with a 93” x 8’ screen, projector, and speakers. FUNDRAISERS & PARTIES: Turn the main floor into your own vision for your next fundraiser or private event. The first floor has a 27’ x 12.5’ to 15’ open space. The lounge furniture pictured on the first floor can be removed, giving you up to 40’ x 12.5’ to 15’. ARTIST SALON: Convene with your fellow makers and thinkers and use the space to incubate your next project, present works in progress, and just share space. There are three lounge areas amongst both floors to choose from, including an inviting outdoor patio. PERFORMANCE SPACE: The FIRST FLOOR has a 27’ x 12.5’ to 15’ performance space that is ideal for intimate productions and small concerts. Windows can be blacked out upon request. Stage lighting not included. The first floor performance space comfortably seats 30 audience members. Seating available upon request. The SECOND FLOOR can be used as a performance space as well, with salon/bar vibes and standing room. A VERSATILE SPACE FOR CREATIVE WORK: Complete with a mix of historical details and modern touches, this stunning, historical two-floor studio can be used for all types of creative work. The downstairs is perfect for music and play rehearsals, photo shoots, dance and theater classes, yoga classes, and more. The upstairs, which features two fully functional edit bays, along with a kitchenette, patio, and lounge space, makes for an ideal production or co-working space. Please note, the bathroom is on the second floor so the space is not fully accessible to those with certain mobility issues.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
