𝐇𝐎𝐒𝐓 𝐑𝐔𝐋𝐄𝐒 𝟏. 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐦𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: • All bookings must be made in advance. • A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. 𝟐. 𝐔𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬: • The studio is to be used only for the activities specified in the booking (e.g., events, photo shoots, filming, auditions, etc.). • No smoking or use of illegal substances is allowed on the premises. • The smoking area is located in the parking lot in a specific designated space. 𝟑. 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞: • Users must leave the studio in the same condition as it was found. • Any damage to the property or equipment must be reported immediately and may be subject to repair/replacement fees. • Do not tamper with or adjust the lighting and AC systems without permission. 𝟒. 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲: • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while using the studio. • Ensure that all exits and emergency pathways are clear and accessible at all times. • Keep the space clean and dispose of any trash in designated areas. 𝟓. 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐔𝐬𝐞 • Kitchen appliances (microwave, refrigerator, coffee, and tea equipment) should be used responsibly and cleaned after use. • Makeup rooms and baby changing areas should be kept tidy and used respectfully. 𝟔. 𝐅𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: • Tables and chairs should be handled with care and returned to their original positions after use. • Do not move or remove any fixed installations or mirrors without prior approval. 𝟕. 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐨𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠: • Use the designated car/truck loading area for loading and unloading equipment. • Ensure that vehicles do not block driveways or access points. 𝟖. 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭: • All guests must conduct themselves respectfully and professionally. • Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the booking. • No nudity allowed.
