About the Space

Nestled between downtown Nashville and the trendy Five Points area, our beautifully restored 150-year-old apartment offers a picturesque backdrop for your next photo, video shoot, or intimate event. With a blend of historic charm and modern amenities, our space is designed to inspire creativity and provide a variety of looks to suit any project. The layout includes a large living room with a library wall (the wall is 17' wide by 10' high' ) Separate primary bedroom and a bathroom. The kitchen is also included. Outside is an enclosed deck with plants and seating. The backyard has 4 garden boxes, a rock garden, as well as parking. The entire property is private and fenced-in.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
