Nestled between downtown Nashville and the trendy Five Points area, our beautifully restored 150-year-old apartment offers a picturesque backdrop for your next photo, video shoot, or intimate event. With a blend of historic charm and modern amenities, our space is designed to inspire creativity and provide a variety of looks to suit any project. The layout includes a large living room with a library wall ( the wall is 17' wide by 10' high' ) Separate primary bedroom and a bathroom. The kitchen is also included. Outside is an enclosed deck with plants and seating. The backyard has 4 garden boxes, a rock garden, as well as parking. The entire property is private and fenced-in.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
