About the Space
THE 124 & MAKEUP STUDIO 126 are two studio spaces equipment with quality gear that can handle beginner to professional-grade shoots, a podcast area, and a fitting area designed with both client and creative comfort in mind for private changing and pre-shot preparations. Gear and amenities included: Cyclorama wall 2 V-Flats 3 strobe lights (flashes) 4 continuous lights Large selection of light modifiers and reflectors 2 dynamic microphones 2 headphones Professional grade recorder 3 nine foot backdrops (Thunder Gray, Jet Black, Sky Blue) Mylar reflective film Laptop cart for tethered shooting with battery bank for device charging iPad with Capture One app for tethered shooting Optical snoot with large selection of gobos 2 quick release tripods 2 phone tripods 2 vanity stations Full length mirror Steamer High speed WiFi with fast download and upload speed for live streaming. Space is great for fashion photography, digitals, business headshots, brand shoots, social media short form videos, long form podcast/interviews. There is no restroom inside the space, but restrooms available on the same floor right outside of the 2 studio spaces. Inquiries are welcome before booking. A member of our team will be present to assist in your creative goal. Photography sessions are available with one of our photographer at an additional cost. Cosmetologist available at an additional cost. Packages including photographer and studio space are available, cosmetologist can be added.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Hand Sanitizer
