Our South Wedge Boutique Venue with Natural Light & Street Art Vibes is a versatile blank canvas suitable for all types of corporate events; meetings, seminars, classes, workshops & more. We offer "just the space" for private events & classes, as well as "full-service" packages for those who want us to handle everything. With space for 40 seated guests, your rental includes 840 square feet of "blank slate" event space, plus 2 bathrooms, a coat room, a seating area, and a kitchenette. Wifi and Sonos speakers are available. Optional add-ons include a 50" mobile TV and a 72" dry-erase board. If you'd like to just show up and get started, consider adding water & snacks, pens & notebooks, or a coffee bar to your reservation!

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
